Fed’s Yellen Confirms December Rate Hike

As the market points to a nearly 100 percent probability that the US Federal Reserve will raise interest rates in December, Janet Yellen warned of the risks of postponing that decision. BoE left rates unchanged

Bank of England left interest rate unchanged as market consensus expected at low level of 0,25 %. In the minutes though members of MPC stated that it is possible that BoE will lower interest rate this year if the risks of proccessing Brexit will start to influance the economy. On the other hand they hint that recent macro data are better then expected. We all should be watching closely as Brexit proccess will start in Autumn after the Elections.

UPDATE 1: The us dollar lost some in value as expected  reaching a low of 0.7530 from the 0.7740 level at the time i posted the analysis.The prediction is looking good and set into the right direction.

UPDATE  2: The pair rebounded  fast after its sell off  and now is again trading at 0.77 level.I would personally take into account recent fundamentals and think the RBA will intervene to send the exchange rate lower in order to gain some competitive advance and recoup the loses from the recent  iron ore devaluation. That been said if the rate goes lower there is a high possibility to reach my target.

UPDATE 1:After the retracement that i predict correctly the price action picked up and corected itself. Current price level is 0.851 which os over 102 pips below my target. This is a good prediction but with a day to go may be to far from target.
