Каждый из нас наверняка не откажется утром поспать лишний час, а то и два)) я вот так точно не откажусь, только буду за))
но часто эти лишние часы сна не приносят ожидаемого эффекта бодрости, и еще хуже, иногда ощущаешь себя даже и не спавшим)) причина этого кроется в том, что не смотря на нашу нелюбовь к ограничениям, наш организм
любит все делать по расписанию, и если вы его не соблюдаете, то и начинаются такие недоразумения
с отсутствием бодрости, не смотря на казалось бы дополнительное колич…
