Few advices: how to improve your memory

Hello Community!
How are you today? My congratulations - Monday came and busy days start to run...
Uhhhh!!!
All of us so often in day-to-day activity have "brain attack", so for positive result in our affairs we need - GOOD MEMORY, exactly!!!
Now I would like to give you some advices how to improve your memory!
1. EAT BRAIN - STIMULATING PRODUCTS, SUCH AS VEGETABLES, FRUIT, FISH, WINTER SQUASH, KIDNEY, SPINACH, BROCCOLI, ETC. DON'T FORGET TO DRINK GREEN TEA AND RED WINE IN MODERATION.

My Friday's schedule

Hello Community,
For this task I chose Friday....
I made few collages, so you can understand my Friday in details.
Let me start:
At Friday I wake up at 7 am and drive to the swimming - pool and gym...It gives me energy for all day!


After one hour and half I am going to French lessons in Institute Francais Birmanie.

el tema de tu articulo es interesante, en mi opinión en una sociedad económica monetaria enfocamos nuestra energía interior en un símbolo exterior que es el "dinero", en este tipo de sociedad la cuenta bancaria es un reflejo de nuestro interior, pero tengo que decir que existen otras opciones de economías más avanzadas, en una economía basada en el conocimiento y administración de los recursos, obtienes recursos según lo que aportes a la sociedad, la riqueza estaría en nuestro interior, el mundo funcionaria sin dinero y evolucionaría exponencial mente por que habría un interés colectivo.

money are neutral by themsleves... the problem is that money has the tendency to arise the worst part of people... btw I am for a world with money, but without banks in the form that they exist now, and for a world in which killing countries and people with debts should be the worst crime!!!!!!
