I don't like Latvian national recipes. But I would like to tell you about my favorite apple pie.
Recipe is easy! VEEERY EASY!
  • First of all, you should buy (or take from your garden) apples, but not very sweet, because taste will be too simple.
  • Wash, clean from the peel, cut in a small pieces
  • Then you have 2 options - buy flour mixture or do it by your own. I bought due to have specific taste. If you bought mixture, you should roll out the dough, using flour.

Currency

Лучше поздно, чем никогда!
I decided to write this blog about currency of Uzbekistan - sum. This is very specific currency ($1 = 2171.99 SUM).
In my University study several people from Uzbekistan and they told me that is the want to celebrate birthday or go to the restaurant with their families, they take 1 million sum!!! They showed me pictures with blocks of their money, looks ridiculous.
Also, they told that it is almost impossible to change currency, because banks take 20-30% from the total…

Today i had a discussion with guys from my course about "fake" nails, hair etc. that nowadays girls use in everyday life. opinions was completely different and it somehow shocked me.
On the on hand they told me that if woman/girl use too much "fake" stuff - nails, hair, eyelashes and tonnes of makeup it looks awful. I personally prefer both. but to be sincere i can spot a beautiful girl from a mile even without makeup. It really depends on every person subjective view of life. In general shallow people are more pro for make-up at a girl because their interest reduce to the cover.!!!

This topic is very interesting and useful, because nowadays it is vital to behave is an appropriate way during such events.
  • First of all, you need to feel comfortable, that's why YOU MUST WEAR APPROPRIATE DRESS AND SHOES! Do not try to wear very high heels or super sexy and tight dress. The only thoughts and wishes would be "I want to get out of here, take all this stuff away and wear smth comfortable". Soooo, you should not only act polite, but also have "polite"appearance.
