DAY-21 MY REPORT CARD

GOOD EVENING ALL !!!
Today I decided to write my daily report at the end of the day as today is the last day of marathon contest for me. DAY 8: FOOD

GOOD MORNING ALL !!
I am regularly following a four meal plan daily.
1. Breakfast in the morning around 9 am..
2. Lunch in the afternoon around 1 pm.
3. Evening snacks around 6 o' clock.
4. Dinner around 9 pm.

DAILY REPORT DAY 2

GOOD MORNING ALL !!
TARGET 1: 4-5 MEAL PLAN
Today after my morning routine work had a breakfast which included soaked almonds, glass of milk. In the afternoon I had my regular lunch. Which is Maharashtrian food, 2 chapatis, dal veg and rice.
