CHANGE APPEARANCE
I want to reduce my spectacle power so wanted to improve my eyesight. For this I have started various yogasana and eye exercises. Everyday I do Bhramari Pranayam. Bhramari Pranayama improves blood circulation in head area and improves oxygen supply to brain and eyes. In this way it helps in curing headache and improves eyesight, improves concentration power.
10000 STEPS A DAY:
