@williamb @sezann you can't withdraw prize money you have to trade and complete the required volume look at the Funds Summary page you will find that the prize is blocked you need to trade and finish the required volume to be able to withdraw prize and profits.

Guys, everything will be fine. Just like everywhere else, Dukascopy has its small issues. Dukascopy has always resolved any problems I’ve encountered, so give them some time, and everything will be alright.

What I can't understand...

How is it possible to increase the traded volume so much without losing too much in % of gain?
I also tried to open and close the position immediately, but the loss in % of gain does not balance the increase in traded volume.
What is the magic technique?

Hi Zumba, risk management, you need to control your use of leverage.  Here we use 1:200 leverage, I don't advise you to risk more then 4% your capital if you keep positions opened on weekend. If you are sure regarding the position that you open you can increase percent to risk. and reduce you SL for some amount that for you is ok if you lose it. But remember that short SL will increase the chances to reach the SL and big stop loss will reduce you volume.

You only can use the volume concern your equity. When do you see amounts above 1M, sure that these accounts still above 2K on equity.  Increase your capital and subsequently will increase your volume.

I had a idea, Dukascopy can keep the weekly live contest and open a monthly live contest too e.g: If your account if above 6K you will compete for the first place only, and apply the same rule for the prices below. This will create a big referral program and sure will works well and fair, no first place for who doesn't invest and so on below is the same.

Is much better then any prop firm there that stole the money from traders and give a real change to improve on trade. Of course if add money to the account on the middle of competition automatically  is declassified. Push this above support please. And see that I didn't asking nothing for free idea ;)

To be honest, a few months ago I was thinking seriously about stopping to trade due to loss, but when I started to be much more focused on the contest I got some motivation again, and the only motivation for me was educational too, I change my way to trade because of both contest. Is true that sometimes I have a good position in the contest and I lose the position. But I am still here to trade, and increase the capital the contest is the extra motivation that pushes up to keep going. Is sad, that Dukascopy management doesn't give attention to it.
