Are the JForex Support Forums ( https://www.dukascopy.com/swiss/english/forex/jforex/forum/ ) that are linked to from the platform Help, still active?? I can't login any more & the support ticket I raised about this has been kicking around for over a month with no resolution

Трендовая стратегия на USD/MXN. В анализе тренда участвуют уровни закрытия недели, закрытия дня, величины HiLowD0, OpClD0, двухнедельные HiLow. Направление торговли задаётся на все последующие дни до смены тренда на основе анализа.
Несколько вариантов открытия позиций. Вне зависимости от тренда.
1. HiLowD0 до 6.00 больше 6700 пунктов, после 6.00 больше 7800 пунктов или HiLowW0 больше 10000 пунктов – позиция в противоположную сторону.
2. В 5 часов Buy или Sell после анализа HiW1LowW0, HiW0LowW1,…

假设有一个头寸 SELL 0.003 M USD/CHF， 在 GMT06.09.2021 16:59:06 开仓成功；
该头寸
止盈条件： MaxSlip: 0 TP ask < 0.90970
止损条件 SL ask > 0.91616
该头寸在GMT 06.09.2021 21:37:35 被止损关仓。存在一个疑问，在这个时间买入价格并不满足止损条件，为什么被止损关仓了？
请注意止损条件是Ask(卖出)，因此是否触及止损条件，是要看卖出报价（Ask）而不是买入（Bid）报价.
如下是 1秒级别的卖出（Ask）报价图表，供您参考。
如下是 1 Tick级别 图表的交易分析，供您参考。
从以上图表，可以明确看到在GMT 06.09.2021 21:37:35 止损条件被触及， 并因此关闭关仓 ，所以该头寸关仓交易没有问题。

Issue on read open daily bar
Hello,it is my first post here.I've an issue on read the open price of the newly formed daily candle. I'm working on XAUUSD.
Pratically, it always coincides with the closing price of the previous candle.It turns out to be correct then if I go to read, at the next candle, the price of the previous candle.

1) From now hybrid loop is always ON but the Number of tries remains the same!
Each mode reverse/non-reverse works the specific number of tries!
2) Stoprecovering check box allows the strategy to stop open trades after reaching a certain number!
3) Stop multiplying/recovering value - allows you to stop multiplying the previous amount of the order if Stoprecovering is OFF,
