How strong can CHF get?

I decided to go long UsdChf, GbpChf, and EurChf yesterday
All Chf crosses were down 50 - 150 pips yesterday, with UsdChf suffering the most
These are unusual drops, because the Swiss National Bank is unofficially keeping an eye
on the value of their currency, and are ready to intervene
Although Chf is still growing stronger today - I am keeping my longs in
I am convinced that Chf will weaken again soon

USD/JPY makes new low

Post-FOMC U.S. dollar selling continued yesterday and on some pairs even exceeded the initial (Wednesday) move. One of those pairs was USD/JPY which fell to the lowest level since October 2014 and it's rumoured that the BOJ have intervened in the market to stem the decline.
110.65 is the low from yesterday. 110 is the first major support level ahead of 38.2% retracement (~1.0675) of the Abenomics uptrend. 112 - 112.50 shall now act as a decent resistance.

Nice Chart, it seams that this pair is responding very good to those moving averages, I wish you could tell if they are EMA's or simple and the setting, thanks friend.

Thank you! Those are SMAs (50, 100 and 200). I find them working particularly well on D1 timeframe, as S/R or a general guide. But making decisions based on PA around those levels.

Playing with CHF Pairs

This is the first time I trade EUR/CHF since the peg was introduced as I wasn't even watching this pair during this whole time, but now that SNB has removed the floor, and at least in theory, they're letting the market to decide the exchange rates. UPDATE 1: Current price level is 1.4839 which seem very far from my target but if we look at the chart above we can see that i predicted this bullish momentum towards 1.49 and afterwards followed by a retracement. The quality of the prediction is very good and with current momentum i can say the prediction is on track and might be proven itself to be very close.

UPDATE 1: The pair made a bullish on the contrary with my prediction,but now it looks like the pair is preparing for retracement.Current price level is 0.8006  which is over 150 pips above my target. If the current  mini rage  will breakout into a bearish move my prediction could be very close.

1 US dollar is around 104.45PKR today in my country Pakistan, for me it's awesome, but for local buyers it's going to be expensive, as it has reached the highest according to our yearly records :)....1usd for 1 Indian rupee==66.5, that's also peak high according to their yearly records, so USD has really strengthened in my opinion :)

I find it sad that FX intervention has to be reached for in India. When reserves are finite, and the numbers are in the public domain, it is very difficult to see this strategy working successfully on its own. Intervention can really only be justified as a viable option when it can buy time for the fundamentals that are causing the selling, to change; but, the authorities are under huge pressure to ramp up their response to the crisis, and their options are limited.
