We have a fully strong uptrend with bull top situation and all the indicators on overbought conditions. On 1M & 1W charts the price is testing a 38.2% Fib level showing that the market is fighting with a massive resistance at this level. We have the macd moving downward on 1D chart and a double top formation on 4H, enough evidences of a downtrend coming soon.
Possible situations on the Gbp-jpy:
- Weekly outlook: bearish
- Min: 163.636 & Max: 172.000
