I want to show you how my system work .
If the price of Forex moves up and down rapidly over short time periods, it has high volatility ,breakout followed by
trend . If the price almost never changes, it has low volatility ,sideway or contraction .
For volatility we have many sites which offer graphic charts on hourly dayvolatility and for weekday .

There's always a contraction prior to opening of major stock exchange. Squeezing BB is for steel nerves and patient ones

Jezz ,trend  is reversal from 2 to 4 times on a day.And usualy price is contraction before session open,you are right.

Agddivisas I like GBP/JPY too.I'm focused on these 3 pair,USD/JPY,EUR/JPY,GBP/JPY,because these 3 pairs have strong correlation,buy GBP/JPY move more than other 2 pairS (USD/JPY,EUR/JPY).

I lost some time from my order start,I wrote,I make some pictures and time is past. Example : I chose GBP/CAD .Why ? Look at this contraction area : Why GBP/CAD ? Let’s see next graphic charts :
Yellow bar is current time 13:00 GMT .

Finally ,the price chart:
I stopped my order at 25 pips ;this pattern of contraction I can find 2 times at list…
