•Overnight the US was back from their Public Holiday. US services sector activity slowed to a 6-1/2-year low in August amid sharp drops in production and orders, pointing to slowing economic growth that further diminished prospects for an interest rate hike from the Federal Reserve. in the week ahead, markets will take in the outcome of US nonfarm payrolls & unemployment data released on Friday and will continue to focus on further predictions of US rate hike in September & December.
US markets will be closed on Monday for Labor day.
