DAY-21 MY REPORT CARD

GOOD EVENING ALL !!!
Today I decided to write my daily report at the end of the day as today is the last day of marathon contest for me. Many things I learned from the contest whether I get a prize or not it will be clear at the result date. DAY 19: MY EXPERIENCE OF RUNNING 5 KM.

Hello friends I am delighted to share with you all 5 km running experience of my life. Yesterday in evening I ran for a more than 5 km. My target was to complete at least 5 km and I have achieved it successfully. I have been running this time almost after 15 years. As in my school day I have won 5000m race in 8th standard. GOOD MORNING ALL !!!
POSITIVE THOUGHT FOR THE DAY.

GOOD MORNING ALL !!
I am regularly following a four meal plan daily.
1. Breakfast in the morning around 9 am..
2. Lunch in the afternoon around 1 pm.
3. Evening snacks around 6 o' clock.
4. Dinner around 9 pm.

Today I am sharing my weight count and how to spend less time on social network.

CHANGE APPEARANCE
I want to reduce my spectacle power so wanted to improve my eyesight. For this I have started various yogasana and eye exercises. Everyday I do Bhramari Pranayam. Bhramari Pranayama improves blood circulation in head area and improves oxygen supply to brain and eyes. In this way it helps in curing headache and improves eyesight, improves concentration power.
10000 STEPS A DAY:
I have successfully completed this task today and below I am sharing result.
