One week later...

Hello there!
We are at day 7(my god time does fly) and someone like me who doesn't regularly do physical exercise, does have a hard time keeping up with it all. Is not impossible, but a bit hard...
Did the usual morning routine, warm water. Added some multi vitamin pills to the diet for some extra energy boost.
I cut the coffee from 4 cups a day to 2, so I need to get my energy from somewhere
One time instead of sugar I put salt in my coffee haha

Day 4 will be the most challenging (for now)!

Good-day!
As I've stated, yesterday would be my kinda off day in terms of physical work.
Less movement
Going up to 4 days and I haven't walked 10000 steps for the day?!
Wow am I that lazy... mmmmhhh I don't think so, because half the time when I go to check work on the floor I leave my phone in the office. So yeah...
I slept early yesterday, so today I am feeling very alive. Got a good night sleep!
On a side note, when drinking a lot of water, I pee a lot. Like really really really really a lot…

That Burning sensation when you muscle wakes up!

Good morning!
At least over here it's still morning
Today was a rainy day, so couldn't run.
I couldn't do much of the exercises because my muscles are burning!
Yes, they were asleep and now awake
So kind of a Rest day today...
Warm water with a few drops of Apple vinegar today.
It's good for cleansing of the inside.
I slept just for hours last night, couldn't sleep.
Sometimes I have these days.
I think it's because I used to work for 8 years in a casino at odd hours, so it kind of stays.

I am really a couch potato!

Goodmorning!
So,
Woke up early, did ten reps and 3 sets of some ab workout and push-ups.
Started to go jogging and after 400 meters I got that burning sensation in my chest!
I really am not in shape man!
Just walked for the rest of the way
I have totally lost it...
What an couch potato I am!
Walked a bit more today, so yeah!
I don't know how accurate these apps are, But Yesterday i didn't reach the daily 10000 steps..only 6781...

So I need to drink less Coffee??

I do have to admit... I drink a lot of coffee per day.
Usually 4 - 5 cups a day...
Already had my first for the day
So as of today I'll try and drink warm water more frequently when i'm at work.
The dispenser with warm water is in the next building, because the one where I sit is broken.
So that will increase my steps count
