Training routine
Hello y’all
in recent posts I believe I’ve wrote that sports are part of my lifestyle, maybe I’m changing, I might give it a rest, but I’ve never quit
it’s motivating, it’s refreshing, it’s healthy,
but most of all I like the chemistry!
i mean, in Menshealth magazine I guess it was, that I’ve read sports causing body to make some extra chemical elements which makes people who does sports, different than those who don’t, happier, wealthier,healthier, faster, motivated, mover, shaker& breaker!!

Today, I’ve done nothing, I’ve just took a day off, listening to music, taking a shower, watching TV series, Checking Q&As on 911 Connect, eating portions of food, And resting,
