Hello Community,
As for me, I am very sportive person, that's why sport and everything which is connected with "movements" (rollers, skating, skiing, swimming, jogging, dancing etc.) are my favorite hobby and completely pleasant things for me.
Today I would like to present you some of exercises which I make in gym. I try to visit gym and swimming - pool 2-3 times in week and keep myself in good shape and of course good mood!
