Opening long NZD and AUD positions again from lows

I am starting to open long positions Aud and Nzd again

Buying Nzd and Aud positions from lows has been the tactic this month
I am stuck with a few Usd shorts for now,
but I don't trust them anymore now that they are not moving down fast enough
I have opened a NzdUsd long from support/deep retracement last week
and will be looking to go long more Aud and Nzd crosses

I was up to 230K today and decided to close my positions for now
I am not sure if Nzd and Aud crosses are still moving up
I had a GbpNzd short that lost me some pips,
and I am looking to switch to another opportunity now

Brexit is still in the picture - waiting to come to a close, how will it influence Gbp

AUD USD is only position that is paying off

I have only my AudUsd position left open now
I have closed my other Aud short crosses, including EurAud and GbpAud longs
I was up quite a bit on the first day, but now I am hovering around 20K profit
I will have to look for a new strategy
Aud shorts are not working out

Short AUD this month

I will be shorting Aud this month
Fundamentals tell me the AudUsd has risen too much too fast
I see possibilities in shorting AudCad, too
It is trapped below the SMA daily 200
I expect AudUsd to return or retrace to 0.97 level
I will trade it and other Aud crosses accordingly

Planning EUR longs

I am planning my strategy for market open today
Eur longs look good to me
EurUsd has retraced back towards support level above 1.05 area
I will be looking for a rise there
I may go long Eur cross too, but I am still thinking which pair to trade
Nzd seems weak, and Aud seems too high - so EurNzd or EurAud is a possibility
Also EurJpy could be interesting, if UsdJpy starts to rise again

Australian dollar and Nzd dollar looking strong today
I have been looking at the chartsof nzd and Aud
The currencies seem to be stronger, and bullish
My NzdChf position is moving up now, too - I am up to 40K again
Experience learns that especially Nzd will not stop if it is really on the move
I therefore expect more, and stronger moves up

Tough day selling GBP

I had a tough day today switching from short Aud to short Gbp
I was shorting Aud today, and saw my positions stagnating
I decided to switch to short Gbp positions, but they are not going down
I sold GbpUsd, GbpNzd, and GbpCad - all at highs
The prices remain the same - and I do not know if Gbp is coming down again
There does not seem much willingness in the market to short Gbp
Probably because the BOE interest decision is coming up soon
I hope for bearish direction and I will keep my SL's tight

Looking for a good start to this month

I am looking to start off well in the August competition
The trade that I have picked out is selling Aud
I expect a rate cut from the RBA, which might come as a bit of a surprise
The economic data support a cut, but not all banks agree with that
Commentary from Australia support a rate cut tomorrow though
So, I am long EurAud, and short AudChf, and AudJpy

Looking for trades at market open

When the market opens tonight I will be looking for trading opportunities
I have my eye on UsdJpy longs if there is a pullback,
or the pair opens lower tonight - UsdJpy should still break 1.10
I will also be looking at AudUsd - this pair has gone down a lot lately,
and I will be looking to buy around 0.72, or lower
