Hello Community!

As I told you already million times I guess I addicted with healthy way of life and sport of course! I'm very active person and hate to be bored. Thats point relates to sport as well thats why I'm doing different kinds of sport. I have already tried lots of different kinds of sport but will tell you more detailed about what I prefer nowadays))
So I'm having strong cardio workouts few times per week and the rest days I'm doing yoga. For me yoga is life, I love it a lot. It is amazing feeling when your body saying "Thank you" to you after each workout ))))) I've tried almost all styles from Nidra Yoga which is actually meditation to Kundalini Yoga which is very similar to Martial Arts. My favourite type of yoga especially in winter time is Bikram yoga.
The Bikram Yoga is literary Hatha Yoga but in hot steam room. Actually I'm doing asanas in the room where temperature is about 45 -50oc with a very high humedity. It is amazing workout. If normally our body needs at least 10 -15 mins of cardio for start to sweat, here u need 5 mins of doing nothing)))))) lol
If to be serious in such conditions the body becomes more flexible and you can do a lot more than doing normal yoga. My class is usually lasts for 1,5 hour and I have both steam room and sport in one))) It may sounds unusual but it is rrally good. Moreover there is not really hard do working out when that hot. They say the human as a dog can get use to anything) lol
