Stoch23 and Stoch9 shift1 < 20 and when SlowK of Stoch9(shift0) >
SlowD of Stoch9(shift0).
Strategy opens Short position when SlowK 80 and when SlowK of
Stoch9(shift0) < SlowD of Stoch9(shift0).
Strategy closes Long position when both SlowK of Stoch23(shift1) and
SlowK of Stoch9(shift1) are > 80.
Strategy closes Short position when both SlowK of Stoch23(shift1) and
SlowK of Stoch9(shift1) are < 20.
