GOOD EVENING ALL !!!
Today I decided to write my daily report at the end of the day as today is the last day of marathon contest for me. Many things I learned from the contest whether I get a prize or not it will be clear at the result date. But today I am feeling content and happy and having a sense of accomplishment which is a big win for me.

After completing each task my confidence level kept rising and today I have full confidence that if I decide I can achieve anything in my life, this is the big achievement for me.

In these 21 days, I have completed all the task I have set for me and I have submitted report on daily basis.
I have regularly completed 10000 steps while walking and it's report I have submitted on some days in my blogs.
I have followed a 4-5 meal plan, breakfast in the morning, lunch in the afternoon, snacks in the evening and dinner at night. I have completely avoided fast foods. Everyday I have consumed more than 2 litres of water which is termed as adequate water for the day.
I completed running for 5 km in marathon section, and spent less time on social network.
I have completed reading of two books in this period and excerpts from which I have shared with you all. I had a haircut in my change appearance category and also started working on eyes to reduce my spectacle power and improve my vision. In weight loss category I have lost some weight but I am unable to give statistics here as my weight machine is damaged and I am unable to go to doctor today.

OVER ALL I HAVE ACHIEVED ALL GOALS SET FOR MYSELF.

After I woke up I drank a glass of water then did yoga and eye exercises.

Then I started my work day with reading positive thoughts in the morning.


Meanwhile I did small walks in between my work commitments to complete the 10000 steps for the day.

Why 21 days?

One must know that you can make or break a habit by doing it for 21 days. So it has science too, to make us habitual for the healthy lifestyle this marathon contest can play a important role. I am become a health conscious and now I have courage to take up a challenge.

It's time to say goodbye and I hope if you want to find yourself this marathon contest is a tool for you to look within and for introspection. So friends, try it.
