GOOD MORNING ALL !!

TARGET 1: 4-5 MEAL PLAN



Today after my morning routine work had a breakfast which included soaked almonds, glass of milk. In the afternoon I had my regular lunch. Which is Maharashtrian food, 2 chapatis, dal veg and rice.



Observing 4-5 meal plan keeping me light all the time as it is helping in proper digestion.

TARGET 2: ADEQUATE WATER

After I got I had a glass of water. And till the time I had more than 2 litres of water, so I am on track to achieve my goal of drinking adequate water. Drinking more water helps in reducing cholesterol and helps in keeping weight in check.

TARGET 3 : SPEND LESS TIME ON SOCIAL NETWORK
Till the time I haven't opened my whatsapp. Instead I spent more time with my kid. Took her to morning walk and then played with her for an hour. Spending more time with family than on social network strengthens relationships keeps family happy.

Target 4: CUT OUT FAST FOOD
I Didn't had any outside from last two days. So feeling light.

Target 5: 10000 STEPS EVERY DAY

Till the time I have completed more than 6000 steps. Walking everyday keeping me active and fresh.



So friends, after following daily goals, I am feeling quite fresh and happy and there is sense of discipline and accomplishment.
