The well known European song competition started in 1956. The reason of its creation was a search of new talents among European countries and presenting new original songs in live. Each country should vote for different participants and give them notes, the country that receives maximum notes-wins. Also its one of the oldest song contest watched by 100 mil. people. The victory in this contest helped such artists as ABBA, Ruslana, Celine Dion to boost their careers. Similar contests help place also in USA, China and New Zealand. Now Eurovision is not only a song competition but also the political prestigious event.
