All About MeditationMeditation is the practice of turning your attention to a single point of reference. It can involve focusing on the breath, on bodily sensations, or anything normal but has to be one in references of your concentration. In other words, meditation means turning your attention away from distracting thoughts and focusing on the present moment. Meditating is deceptively simple. A cartoon from The New Yorker sums it up: Two monks are sitting side by side, meditating. The younger one is giving the older one a quizzical look, to which the older one responds, "Nothing happens next. This is it."
People's perception about Meditation
Most take meditation as an extra thing, not so important or else is something not for them only for other people. Some other country like Japan, China and India; meditation taken as serious matter and is based on therapeutic part in healing brain, help you to focus and make you better in so many things like;
1. Be intelligent and good for yourself and society as well.
2. Helping in finding and fixing problems, as my gland father use to say "whenever you feel bad, don't ever panic.. take your time, close your eyes in place that is very cool, concentrate in one thing like a breath and relax for sometimes, when you open your eyes, you will be someone else and you will have resolution to whatever you were dying for to know".
3. remove your bad feelings and give you new great feelings.
