“We are what we repeatedly do". Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit. People argue that Aristotle said this and some say it is not him but it is not important who said this.

I tried to put this idea into a more visual presentation and found an alarming result. Example; if we postpone any activity per day 3 times and think about 3 times and spent 3 hours not doing it (multiplier effect becomes huge-112.5%), it eats up a huge portion of our limited daily time.

Remember, we only have 12 hours can be active each day and rest of time will be sleeping eating and be resting out of 24h. So it is true that who we are what we think, do and spent per day.

If we would like to change who we are then we do need to change our thoughts actions, how much time we spent, what value we give to it. Do not spend much time if it does not produce a VALUE, but spend time with those thoughts and actions that produce a higher value. Note: I have scored all values as 1 just for calculation reason.

The reason behind including thought into consideration is that we tend to take actions when we start valuing or repeatedly concentrating and thinking over something.

Effect = Thoughts x Daily activity x Time spend x Value

The effect will show the percentage of our overall emotions and desire where we spent our precious time and efforts energy (action) most.

The percent is simply magnified column of our utilization of 24h.
