Sunday = my day = off day.
With that I mean I didn't have the luxury of posting on Dukascopy.
Busy doing house stuff...

Wrestle with the kids...
My oldest jumped with his knee on my back, so kind of have a back pain now
Yess we play rough...
Band practice..

Mornings are the same...
Stretching, planks
3 x 15 sit - ups
3 x 15 push - ups
2 x 10 pull - ups.
I improvised the pull -ups a bit, Because I'm a bit weak on that area
2 chairs and a broom stick
It isn't as heavy as a full body pull-up, but it does the trick.
Didn't bring my phone with me this morning for the run, but did the usual route 1.5 times.
So I guess around 2 miles today.
Drinking an adequate amount of water daily does help a lot.
Have less of a bloated feeling...
