First of all I want to thank Dukascopy for this contest. It was thinking about some changes in my life regarding healthy lifestyle. This contest became extra motivation )

I started doing workouts last month. But I'm taking it slow for not hurt my muscles.
Adequate amount of water
I tried drinking an adequate amount of water today. Doctors say we have to drink 1.5-3 liter of liquid a day.

I periodically drank water at work also include liquid food at lunch.
Quit smoking
I can't say that I am heavy smoker but anyway, smoking is bad. So i decided to quit smoking.
