There are a few secrets to stay beautiful - the main secret of all - stay fit and go to the gym regularly - to keep your skin from falling and keep it tight and firm. It is the biggest organ on your body and with all other organs it needs nutrition and taking care off.

The other part is to avoid excessive sunlight and to much sunbed time, which is bad for the skin and can cause it to start forming wrinkles., and worse case skin defections.

Moisturising the skin and messaging it after waxing is as important as going to the gym and keep fit

My personal favourite is sitting in the sauna for 15min wash myself down with ice cold water to clean my pores then back again for 10 min and rinse myself off for another 5min in cold water.

Then i go for a deep message with sensed oils or i just rub deep cleansing sensed oil onto my body. Aqua Spa's are very nice but doing it everyday or once a week is very expensive. I prefer the latter - or put your other half to work and let him give you a message with sensed oils - after all it is free!!!

Also allow or allocate sufficient rest or sleep for your body - gravity is a problem when you become older and more wrinkles will appear.

But most important is gym-time and sun-time - both to look healthy but keep the latter to a minimum
