Hello Community!

Well i´ve been always skinny for a very fast metabolism, but i do love to do new ways of exercise, to keep myself happy and strong.
So, i´ll come back to my silks and pole dancing classes for this Spring.
I like aerial, artistic, hard and organic exercise, no machines for me. Exercise has to be a challenge to achieve.
My workout is about:
1. Streching
2. Strenght exercises
3. Cardio
4. Eat as much as you train
, at least 3 or 4 meals a day. Healthy of course. The more energy you spend, the more hungry you are.

So here is a video of ME on silks practice, hanging from a public bridge in Mexico City. (Don´t do this without a partner and security as mats in the floor or so.)
