One of my recipe:
Cut vegetables in to small pieces (whatever you like e.g. carrots, onions, cabbages, turnips, celery root, celery stalks, mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers, etc.)
Take a wok pan and heat the oil well.
Fry shrimps ( I prefer big ones) p.s. also you can use meat
In the same time boil noodles
Then fry vegetables and mix it all together
Put some souce (soy, coconut, sweat and sour..... whatever you like)
And than....njam njam njam njam
