I haven't got any special fitness techniques. For me, one of the most important things is a healthy stile of life. I pay very much attention for the healthy food, I'm not smoking, I drink alcohol only sometimes, very rare. When I was a young girl i haven't any problems with overweight. I could eat everything I wanted and I was much more less that I'm presently Even when after I got birth to my first child( my daughter who is 15 years old now), I was so slim. But year after year it became more difficult to keep the weight....Besides my husband don't like when I'm too slim
Presently I'm a little sad, because I will have to operation in the nearest future, and for some time I will not be able to do many of my lovely activities which i describe below
So, presently of course I would like to be about 3-5 kg less that I am, but since two years ago I've had an operation (removed gall-bladder), i must to eat at least every 4 or 5 hours and I can't starve any more. After that I found some ways to keep my body in shape. During my life I tried many different ways: some years ago I had whole year season ticket to fitness center and I went there 2-3 times a week. But I don't like such kind of sport, it is very boring for me. I tried to swim in the pool and water aerobics. I like it, but it is not so healthy (I mean to soak in a chlorine water) and it took too many time, as for me time is very valuable. I tried to run in the mornings, but it is also not for me And presently I found some activities, which is lovely for me and healthy for my health. So, I dance Latin dance twice a week and i like it very much. In summer time I like to ride a bike, also skating on skates. As I wrote in my previous blog, half time of summer I spend by the sea cost, so I like to walk long distance by the sea. It is refreshment for my body and soul. In cold time of year, besides Latin dance, I like to skate on ice, also as in Lithuania almost always the winter is real with a lot of snow, I like to be in a forest with my family and enjoy winters entertainments. I mean sledges, snowman and etc. Also all my family like to play bowling and it is also a kind of sport. And one more thing, it is different jobs in our homestead It is also a part of my fitness techniques
