I decided to make a bouquet of wildflowers for my mom. I was born and raised in (and still live in) a beautiful mountain, and one of my favorite things about summer is all of the wildflowers. Growing up going on hikes in the spring and summer with my mom we always loved all of the wildlife and wildflowers, so I wanted to make her a bouquet to remind her of all of those sunny hikes through the forest. I gathered the wildflowers from the forest around my house, which is so abundant with wildflowers and wild edibles right now. I also made a few bouquets in honor of the family and friends who I enjoyed summer walks with, who aren't here anymore.
