GOOD MORNING ALL !!!

Today I am sharing my weight count and how to spend less time on social network.

LOOSE WEIGHT :
At the moment I am having 50.4 kg weight and I want to maintain it at 48 kg this summer. So for that I am doing various exercise and Yogasana. I am using stairs instead of elevator. Below I am sharing current statistics of my weight. And at the end of contest I will share the result.



SPEND LESS TIME ON SOCIAL NETWORK
Friends there is simple way to get rid of this social network addiction by replacing the time with your other hobbies. These days I am reading book to cut time on social network.


I am reading book " THINK AND GROW REACH". It is very inspirational book and I would recommend it to everyone who want to achieve something big and extraordinary in their life. It motivates every reader by true examples of real persons in world. I have learnt some great things from the book and one very true principle I am sharing with you all.

I BARGAINED WITH LIFE FOR A PENNY,
AND LIFE WOULD PAY NO MORE,
HOWEVER I BEGGED AT EVENING
WHEN I COUNTED MY SCANTY SCORE,


FOR LIFE IS JUST A EMPLOYER,
HE GIVES YOU WHAT YOU ASK,
BUT ONCE YOU HAVE STE THE WAGES,
WHY YOU MUST BEAR THE TASK.


I WORKED FOR A MENIAL'S HIRE,
ONLY TO LEARN, DISMAYED,
THAT ANY WAGE I HAD ASKED OF LIFE,
LIFE WOULD HAD WILLINGLY PAID.

I have tried in trading you can earn the amount of money you desire, so I am sharing with you all that its a proven principle that you can achieve what you want, upon just one condition you must bear the task.
