Good Morning All,

Out of walking everyday 10000 goal I have completed 10000 steps and I will continue for next 21 days and at the end I will share with you all the average result of 10000 steps everyday. Below I have given screenshot of my result.




Why I have steps selected 10000 Steps Goal.

1. Walking helps in maintaining blood circulation and so in maintaining heart rate.
2. Helps in reducing weight loss which is also my second goal here.
3. Strengthens bones which I am in need of as I am experiencing pain in my joints. Walking prevents loss of bone density.
4. And I have learnt that walking can help in increasing intelligence. Walking helps to supply brain required amount of oxygen and glucose which in turn helps it function better, walking also reduces level of LDL cholesterol which clogs arteries and hence it also reduces risk of stroke.
5. Walking helps in reducing diabetes. Walking everyday can help to maintain blood glucose level.
6. Strengthens Muscles. Regular walking can strengthen your leg and back muscles.
7. Improves Digestion. Walking after meal helps in digestion.
8. Walking can help in reducing risk of cancer.
9. Walking delays ageing as it keeps body fit.
10. Walking helps produce vitamin D.
11. Walking helps reduces stress.
12. Walking helps in maintaining good mood.
13. Walking helps in increasing productivity as body remains active.
14. Walking also helps increasing creativity as it keeps brain active.
15. Walking helps in increasing memory power.



Like these there are multiple benefits of walking daily, and so I have decided to continue everyday after marathon ends.

I have chosen several goals here and I am on track to achieve it.
Out of my drinking adequate water daily goal I have consumed 2 liter of water yesterday.
I have followed proper diet as per chosen goal. And soon I will achieve other goals and will share the result with all you friends.
