Gooodmorning!
So yesterday I saw this marathon Post and i thought 'what an great idea! I want to lose some weight so why not start now and try and earn some tjatjing!'

So I downloaded an app to keep track of my progress.
I hope it's accurate

The plan;
wake up early, go for an early walk and do some basic exercises at home before going to work!
Woke up a bit late today, but managed to do some.


There is also this app where it counts your steps...
so far today I walked 3600 steps

I don't know how accurate these things are...but whatever you know... It's the thought that counts

In order to lose some weight (I do not have a goal) i'll try to do this every morning.
Push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups.
