Today I would like to continue my series of articles about the best locations for freelance around the world. And in focus is Mexico.
This country has mild climate, inexpensive food and homes for rent. Low end basic meal costs from $3 to $5, a 1-bedroom apartment for rent is from $200 to $400 monthly. Many Mexican places have healthy maritime air and excellent beaches.
Among disadvantages of Mexico is non high speed Internet. It ranges from 15 to 20 mbps in most cities. The best locations in the country are Tijuana (the 9th place in world’s rating), Oaxaca (the 10th), Monterrey (the 21st), Queretaro (the 26th), Hermosillo (the 29th), Playa de Carmen (the 57th), Guadalajara (the 60th), Merida (the 62nd) and Puerto Vallarta (the 66th).
