In continuation to the topic about Empath, today I want to tell you how to protect yourself from bad influence!))
If you already know that you are Empath (See in previous blogs how to define it) you should:
  • First of all you have to find a source of your anxiety.
  • As soon as you did it, try to avoid further communication as much as you can. Don't think if you will hurt someone by this kind of behavior or not. Now you should be totally concentrated on yourself and think only about yourself.
  • In any strange situation be concentrated on your breathing. For you to know that breathing techniques consider to be the strongest in yoga practice. With their help one can even smooth the pain in organs. In our case using of breathing technique will help you to stay "Here and Now" and totally concentrated on yourself.
  • Protect yourself with so -called shield. It will reject from you all the negative around. There lots of technique exists, you can check in internet and use any you like).
  • You have to learn how to manage your emotions. No fears, self -confidence, strong personality. Try to avoid communication with energetic vampires. Find out the most appropriate way to stay comfortable in any situation.
  • Spend time with nature sometimes. You have to find your own place where you fulfill your energy level. Sea, forest, mountains, whatever you like.
  • Search for positive people and situations. No more negative in your life!
  • Don't be lazy and take care of your self. Sport, healthy eating, wellbeing.
Once you find out how to manage yourself and feel comfortable in this world you won't have any negative energy in your life. I believe that we were born to enjoy the life, not to suffer! Stay positive, happy and believe in yourself)).
