I felt drawn to sport at age of 12, when I was engaged in physical exercise and began to participate in different sports competitions. It was great! I felt strength and energy.
Then I began to do aerobics, I was doing a set of exercises at home, many friends did not understand how I can have such willpower! But it was simply a part of my daily routine.
I am an all-round girl, I always want to try and to discover something new. I go to the swimming-pool several times a month, enjoy skating. In summer, I like to ride a bike and sometimes even a scooter. It's a good cardio workout. I do a 15- minute complex of exercises every morning, it's awakens me and gives me a good mood for the whole day. I have been practicing yoga for several years. But, to my mind, yoga is not a sport, it's a lifestyle. But nevertheless, asanas - are still excellent exercises for my muscles.
It goes without saying that sport is very important for every person at any age. It helps us to improve character, to from willpower and to achieve our goals.
As the proverb says, " A sound mind in a sound body!"
