In change appearance task I want to get rid of spectacle. So I have started some eye exercises from the day 1 of marathon and initially I have shared some yogasana for the eyesight. Today I am going to share with you all eye exercises which will help in improving eyesight.
Eyes are the very important part of our life and without eyes life is incomplete but today's lifestyle causing us wear a spectacle and many people have these weakening eyesight problem. Now days we spend most of our time on mobile, laptop tv computer and rays from all these devices causes strain in eyes and in turn weaken our eyesight. We can avoid this by doing some simple eye exercise.



Step 1.
After getting up in morning wash your eyes with cold water. Dring a one glass of water after brush This glass of water helps in many ways. It helps in reducing weight as well as maintains hydration in body and many more.

STEP 2:
Do some yogasana, like Anulom Vilom, Bhramari. Rub your hand for a minute and place on your eyes. It relaxes eyes after yogasana.

STEP 3:
Consciously take a break of 5 minutes to relax eyes. In this time close your eyes and sit relax where you are.

STEP 4:
Following exercises can be done anywhere anytime when you get a time to do.
1. Look ahead straight and look all the way up wait for 2 seconds , then look down remain for 2 second.
2. Look at your left side for 2 second and then look right 2 seconds.
3. Move your eyes round the clock for 10 times.
4. Move your eyes anticlockwise for 10 times.
5. Now rub your hands and put on your eyes and relax for a while.

This exercises I am following regularly and I hope I will get benefit out of it to improve my eyesight.
