New start, new day !
Task for today was cut out fast food.. (As i have been doing since a month or more than that)
When you are in a hurry or don't feel like cooking , fast food becomes an option about any meal. and now it has become a fashion to eat fast food in morning, brunch, lunch and even in dinner.. Fast foods like burgers, Sausages, pizza, packed juices and cold drinks.. Fast foods have many adverse effects on one's health and are a lot more unhealthy than cooked meals at home.. By removing, or at least limiting, your intake of unhealthy fast foods options like burgers, french fries and pizzas, you'll start to see and feel many healthy benefits outside and inside your body.. That;s why i did it and its been nearly a month that i haven't eaten a pizza or burger.. Instead of these junkies i eat fruits and milkshakes which are atleast healthy and are essential for growth and development of the body..
