Good Evening My Dear Community!!!!!!

Does everyone happy that today is Friday and the whole weekend ahead?? I think YEAH)))))))))))))))

But do you feel such happiness everyday?? Do you really feel yourself exciting every morning you wake up? Even when you are in bad life situation? We are all humans and it is impossible for us to feel happiness each and every day as any situation can happen to us... Unfortunately... But you know there is no unsolvable situation exist but if you somehow can't change the situation than you should change your attitude to it.

Generally if you want to live your life to the fullest, without regrets, you need to keep in mind that you always have a choice and you are the only person who can decide to let things make you happy or unhappy. If you choose to be happy than nothing in this world will make you unhappy. You will simply get through any problems in your life.

I want to share with you guys a few important things which my mommy has been telling me all my life and which I should remind myself every single morning in order to become more happier day by day.


  1. 1. When you wake up in the morning, remind yourself that this day is a blessing. You get another day to breathe, enjoy life, and reach your goals.

  2. 2. Stop feeling powerless. It’s your life and you have to make it with your own hands. Stop waiting for things to be given to you. . If you want something to achieve – work for it. You always have the power to control your mood and you always have the power to have a productive and wonderful day.

  3. 3. No one can hurt you, unless you let them to do it. If someone hurts you, don’t take it personally. Learn to live your life without worrying about the judgments of others and you will become a much happier person.
  4. 4. Keep calm in difficult situations. Bad situations can happen any day. The main point is, how are you going to respond to them? You may get upset and angry and this will ruin your entire day. Or, you may stay calm and solve your problem easily. You have to remember, anger will never help solve problems. It can only make your life miserable.
  5. 5. Stop thinking that your life is out of your control. In a critical situation you have to take some time to make the list of the things you can control in life and look through this list every morning. You will see that you are a master of your life and you have the power to change anything about it.
  6. 6. Success is a lifestyle. If you decide to be successful, you will be successful. There is no other result can happen. Stay positive, work hard toward success and be proud of it each day.
  7. 7. You don’t need anyone’s approval to be successful and happy person.
  8. 8. Complaining won’t help you to become successful and happy. If you don’t like your current situation, don’t sit around complaining about it, start changing it instead.
  9. 9. They say "The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence". It is false. The grass is the same everywhere. You just have to notice positive sides of your life.
  10. 10. And, of course, healthy eating in order to be fresh and cheerful every single morning! LOL


To be honest it is not that easy to keep these rules each and every day but once you managed to do it you will have completely another life. I tried it on myself and it really works)))))))))) So wish you GOOD LUCK in changing your life for better! xoxo
