Gender Equality means that men and women have equal conditions and life chances to fully realize their potential. Different countries around the world are fighting against different strategies, especially after a great deal of governments and societies have realized the implications of the inequality. If we recognize gender equality as a desired goal then the inequality should be a problem. In Georgian society, we rarely encounter groups and individuals who openly define gender inequality. Instead, we are confident that there is no gender inequality with us.
