Hello Dukasees!

Today is my third day of marathon contest. Hope all are doing good, fit and healthy.
My today's challenge is 'Drink Adequate Amount Of Water Daily'.
Water is essential for our body cells like other organs to function properly. Our body generally contains 70% of water. So, drinking acceptable amount of water is necessary for healthy lifestyle. It not only prevents skin diseases, dark circles also improves the digestive system. Lack of water can cause constipation, allergy and other health problems. Thus, replenish the body by drinking water and consuming beverages and food that contain contain water.
So peeps, drink water and live a healthy life.
