How to do it?
Start lying on a floor or mat, knees bent at a 90 degree angle.
1. Lie on your back with your both knees bent.
2. Put your finger-tips on back of your ears.
3. Lift your torso up as close to your thighs as possible.
4. Lower your torso down to the floor so you are back in the starting position..
5. Do 25 reps, 3 sets of sit-ups.
