I have a question. Who knows the secret of productive and successful work?? What makes influence on the result? What shall One can do to get the best result?
In my profession it is all about perfect team!
In fact, I believe it concern to all kinds of work. As soon as you are working in team, you have to be there for 1000%. It is important to feel each other, communicate with each other, listen to each other ideas and live in your team world while you are moving to your mutual goal. If you are separate from others there is no chance to win but when your are together, you are strong like never before! Even trading can be done by team. Traders, share your opinion, what is better for you?
But in general, do you agree with me? What about your job?
