Yes, I know that this photo is not very informative, but let me explain you everything.
I don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, don't take drugs.. I love my trainings, love my university studies, love my work... and there are not so many situations when I can say that i have to resist temptation, but still, there are some and one from it is waking up in early morning (I mean 4 or 5 a.m.). Yes, it's not something new, because 99,9% has the same challenge.
I read many stories about being addicted to something. I know big about of people, that are addicted. Well,, I have only one thought about "how to stop smoke, drink, eat or WHAT EVER"... The most important is - if you really want to stop doing something - just realise it and want it. than you will achieve your aim.
1. Understand what you really want
2. Name your challenges that you will need to overcome
3. Understand how hard will it be
4. Want it
5. Say "I AM STRONG ENOUGH AND NOTHING WILL STOP ME! I CAN DO IT!!!"
