It seems like this might be the end of Dukascopy Live Trader contest. No one has received their prizes since the first week of August, and the support team keeps sending the same copy-pasted response: “There’s an IT issue with crediting the prizes.”

But honestly, what kind of IT issue takes nearly two months just to credit prizes into our accounts especially when deposits are processed instantly without any problems?

If Dukascopy has run out of funds, please be transparent and inform us directly so we don’t continue wasting our time. At the very least, provide a clear and specific date for when this issue will finally be resolved.

We also expect significantly better service regarding prize distribution, customer support, and the overall future of the Dukascopy Community.
