At the age Of 14 I started karate and I did around 1 year and participated in competitions and got just a yellow belt. After I did some gym and kick boxing as a physical activity. I like it as it gives me energy, power, self-control and kills stress. I don't have any photo of me during the training so I found this one pic. The first training was really complicated for me as couldn't do movements with hands and legs in the same time but I could find a better balance with them. The first time I was lost with time of trainings and I followed both hard training and less heavy version.
