This is my first blog post for the contest, and I am really excited about it. I am taking this contest as an opportunity to get myself in shape and try out some new life changes.

For health:
  • Cutting out alcohol
  • Drinking an adequate amount of water, somewhere between 3 - 4 litres of water daily
  • No fast foods, packages juices and the likes.
For Sport:
  • 10,000 steps every day, which is about 7.8KM
  • My Crossfit routine, which might actually inspire some of you.
  • 3 sets of 25 situps daily. The plan is to give the Rock a run for his money.

For Lifestyle changes:
  • Change appearance
  • Change hairstyle
  • Spend less time on social networks

The plan is a general transformation.
To get the ball rolling, this is my first day's run. I had to get an App to track my progress, and keep me honest. Did some pre-run stretches and then the run.
