Dear friends, this is my third day of marathon. It is going good. I did not smoke for three days. Did not use sugar in tea and coffee. Also did not ate sausage in spite there were delicious sausages for breakfast )

Today since yesterday I tried to do situps but Today I did only two times 25 ) May be tomorrow I can do three times.

Sorry girls, I know you did not dream about me to be like this but reality is very cruel.
I will loose this fat till the end of marathon ) you will see the difference ) I will also need to do cross fit workout for that.
