As there are a lot of cyrillic script blogs and a lot of russian, ukrainian, etc people here in the Dukascopy community, a lot of memories come up in my mind.
Back in my childhood, we have to learn russian, as our country was part of the eastern block.
But that was a long time ago, so nowaday, although I can slowly figure out those words written in cyrillic, I barely understand any of them.
Yet, still remember some expression, and thing, like the sentence from the old tale:
"Терем-теремок! Кто в тереме живёт?"
Also:
" Товарищ учительница, никто не отсутствует!"
Definietly, I should learn it again, not just practice English, but need more time, also there are a lot of other interesting language, like Japanese.
(PS: Actually, I cheated with those sentences, as I do not know how to write them, so just googled a lot )
